Overall happy with item. Only thing that could be improved is the time it took to ship out. Ordered Dec. 11. Item did not get shipped out until Dec. 28. It was meant to be a Xmas present. Order arrived a few days later. Also I contacted customer service but they did not respond to my inquiry.

I love the idea. The sweatshirt came wrinkled like it was balled up in the packaging, so the lettering was all wrinkled. That detracted from it's presentation.
